§ 3 Formation of the contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) You can add products to your cart without obligation and correct your details at any time before submitting your binding order.
(3) By clicking the order button at checkout (for example, “Buy now” or “Order with obligation to pay”), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

(3) The risk of accidental loss of or accidental damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you or to a person you have designated as authorised to receive them.

§ 7 Retention of title
