Cancellation Policy

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post, using the following contact details:

You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you only need to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. This excludes any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
