We ship with DHL.

Delivery destinations

We currently deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria.

Shipping to other countries is not currently offered. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us at info@rebecca-berlin.de. We will review your request but cannot guarantee delivery outside the countries listed above.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The following flat rates apply:

Germany

• Standard shipping: €4.90
• Free shipping on orders of €300 or more

Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria

• Flat-rate shipping: €14.90

Please note: The threshold is based on the value of the goods in your order after any applicable discounts.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and/or in your shipping confirmation. Please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, such as high shipping volumes or public holidays.

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria: 3–7 business days

Partial deliveries

Where reasonable for you, your order may be sent in partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns and return shipping costs

As a general rule, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using an insured parcel service with proof of shipment.

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

Through Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, EPS and Maestro.

We also accept PayPal.
