    1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:

Rebecca Zehden Mode und Handel e. K.
    Owner: Rebecca Zehden
    Alte Schönhauser Straße 41
    10119 Berlin
    Germany

    Phone: +49 (0)30 346 20 780

    2. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by an external service provider (Neue Werte GmbH, Alt-Moabit 19, 10559 Berlin, Germany). The hosting provider provides the infrastructure on whose servers this website is delivered.

When you access our website, so-called server log files are automatically created by the hosting provider. These may include in particular the following data:

    – page/file accessed and URL,
    – date and time of access,
    – amount of data transferred,
    – message about successful retrieval (HTTP status code),
    – browser type and version and operating system used,
    – referrer URL (the previously visited page),
    – IP address of the requesting device.

The processing of this data is technically necessary in order to display the website, ensure stability and security (e.g. to defend against attacks) and analyse malfunctions if required.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of our website).

The log files are deleted by the hosting provider as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above. For further information, please refer to the privacy notice of our hosting provider.

    3. Contact (contact form and e-mail)

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail to info@rebecca-berlin.de, we process the data you provide, for example:

    – first and last name,
    – e-mail address,
    – telephone number (if provided),
    – content of your message,
    – time of your enquiry.

We use this data exclusively to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. Data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for processing your request (e.g. to service providers we use to perform our services) or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is:

    – Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract), if your enquiry is related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (e.g. purchase enquiries), and
    – Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), if it is a general enquiry.

We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to respond to and handle it. If statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. under commercial or tax law), we may be required to retain the data beyond this period.

    4. Cookies and tracking

We currently do not use analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo/Piwik or Facebook/Meta Pixel.

Insofar as cookies are used in the operation of the website or the contact form, these are only technically necessary cookies required for the functioning of the website (e.g. session cookies, security or spam protection cookies).

These cookies generally do not store information that would allow a direct identification of your person and are usually deleted automatically after the end of the session or after a short period of time.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with section 25 (2) of the German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) (strictly necessary cookies).

We inform you about the use of cookies in this privacy notice. According to the current legal situation, a separate consent via a cookie banner is not required for these technically necessary cookies.

    5. External links (in particular to social media)

Our website contains links to external services, in particular to our  Instagram profile.

When you click such a link, you leave our website. From that point on, the privacy notice of the respective provider will apply. We have no influence on the processing of personal data by these providers.

    6. Recipients of personal data

We only disclose personal data to third parties if:

    – this is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR),
    – there is a legal obligation to do so (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR),
    – the disclosure is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms override such interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), or
    – you have given your explicit consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Recipients may in particular include technical service providers (e.g. hosting, IT support) that we use as processors on the basis of data processing agreements.

    7. Your rights

Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

    – right of access (Article 15 GDPR),
    – right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR),
    – right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR),
    – right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
    – right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
    – right to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR),
    – where processing is based on consent: right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR).

To exercise your rights, you may contact us at any time:

Rebecca Zehden Mode und Handel e. K.
    Alte Schönhauser Straße 41
    10119 Berlin
    Germany
    E-mail: info@rebecca-berlin.de

    8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law (Article 77 GDPR).

The supervisory authority that is generally responsible for us is:

Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
(Official Data Protection Commissioner for Berlin)
    Alt-Moabit 59–61
    10555 Berlin
